The high-rise residential building of 34# Baoji Petroleum Machinery Factory is located on No.2 Dongfeng Road, Baoji City. It covers an area of ??1770.04㎡ with the building area of 46,037㎡ and belongs to Class I buildings. With two floors underground and thirty-two on the ground, the building has a total length of 64.6m and the total width of 27.4m. The floors below 3F are the podium buildings and the fourth floor is the conversion floor. From fifth floor to the thirtieth-second are two symmetry high-rise residential towers, with each set with two elevators and one scissors emergency staircases. There are a total of 287 households with 10 on each floor, and the total height of the structure is of 99m. The project was awarded the "Chang’an Cup" award of Shaanxi Province.
